  • Description: The Whole Hog was started by Kathleen Haggerty who moved from Seattle back to Buffalo and decided the market was right to open a food truck. She has some ambitious goals for the truck (employing inner city kids, using local agriculture) and was serving late night Allentown crowds through 2011 next to Holley Farms. After last summer, Kathleen took the truck off the streets for Buffalo’s winter and is planning to return next year. UPDATE: Kathleen’s nephew Brenden has since taken over the truck after working as the Executive Chef at Tabree for 3 years.
